These Terms of Service govern your use of the Pure Health & Wellness Clinic website and the services we provide. By using our website, booking an appointment, or receiving our services, you agree to these terms.

Pure Health & Wellness Clinic is owned and operated by Stuart Morick (BHSc Naturopathy). Our clinic is located at Unit 10/57 Old Perth Rd, Bassendean WA 6054.

2. Appointments & Bookings

2.1 Making a Booking

Appointments can be made via our website booking system, by phone, or in person. When you book an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health status and medical history.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee.

2.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your consultation time may be shortened to avoid delaying other patients. The full consultation fee will still apply.

3. Fees & Payments

3.1 Consultation Fees

Our current consultation fees are displayed on our website and at the clinic. Fees are subject to change with notice. Payment is due at the time of consultation unless otherwise agreed.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit/debit cards. We also process health fund rebates on your behalf for eligible services.

3.3 Health Insurance Rebates

We are registered providers for HCF, Bupa, Medibank, Australian Unity, HBF, and HIF. Health fund rebates are available for remedial massage and other eligible services. Please check with your health fund regarding your level of cover. We are registered with relevant professional associations including ANTA, ATMS, and AHA for the purpose of health fund claiming.

3.4 Free Health Assessment

Our free $70 health assessment is a 30-minute session offered with no obligation. The offer entitles one person to a single assessment on one day, subject to appointment availability. Multiple family members are subject to negotiation. A fair use policy applies.

4. Scope of Services

Pure Health & Wellness Clinic provides naturopathic, remedial massage, homeopathy, hypnotherapy, Bowen therapy, reflexology, aromatherapy, and nutritional counselling services.

Important notice: Our services are complementary and integrative in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a registered medical practitioner. We recommend that you continue to consult with your GP or specialist for all medical concerns.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a client of Pure Health & Wellness Clinic, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your health, medical history, and medications
• Inform us of any changes to your health status between appointments
• Follow the treatment plan and recommendations provided by your practitioner
• Attend appointments punctually and provide notice for cancellations
• Treat our staff and practitioners with respect and courtesy

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and treatment descriptions — is the property of Pure Health & Wellness Clinic unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written permission.
